For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur. * WHEN...Until Friday evening. * IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, Indiana 101 north of Pleasant Mills is closed by flood water.
